Dhul-Hijjah has begun.

A sacred time when Muslims from all over the world will travel to Mecca to complete the pilgrimage, tracing the footsteps of one of the greatest Prophets, Ibrahim (AS). The one whom Allah Himself called خليلُ الله – a Friend of Allah.

These pilgrims are the Guests of Ar-Rahman.

It is Allah (SWT) who has extended this invitation – not the Saudi Government, not their families, or even their own planning that brought them there.
What an immense honor it is to be considered a guest of the Most Gracious King.

I completed my pilgrimage many years ago. It was my first journey to Mecca and Medinah and it has left a deep impact on my soul. One day, God willing, I will share that experience with you.

May Allah invite us all to His blessed House.
