Full Moon Reflections

I prayed Fajr under the light of the full moon. I was reminded of how Allahﷻ, in the Quran, uses the earth as signs for the Quraysh to understand. Madinah, once a desert where the stars shone bright and the sky seemed endless, feels magical under the full moon. I’m so grateful to be here in this moment; it wasn’t even planned.

This time last year, I was in Turkey, asking myself what I was doing there. In Madinah, I just feel I belong. There is nowhere I need to be, most definitely nowhere I’d rather be. Here, I simply exist. I am alive to glorify His Names. My heart knows exactly who it is beating for.

Peace and blessings upon the Nabi of Allah.
