I have always had this misconception that health=skinny. The smaller the jean size the better. However, I’ve come to learn that theres soo much beneath the surface that determines actual health. There is no one way of looking healthy, all sizes are beautiful.

During this quarantine I didn’t move around much and ate everything I desired. After about two weeks my body had enough. I was dehydrated, bloated, low-energy, and started breaking out(nooo). I decided it was time to get back on track!! Its been a journey, one I’d love to share with yall in my upcoming posts 🙂
