Final Story
﷽
The fourth and final story in Surah – Al Kahf tells of a remarkable man named Dhul ‘l-Qarnayn.
Allah Most High says:
We established his power in the land, and gave him the means to achieve everything [18:84]
He was a just and powerful ruler, blessed with strength, wisdom, and resources. He traveled across far lands, upholding justice and helping people in need.
He is best known for building a wall to hold back the people of Yajuj(Gog) and Majuj(Magog) who were causing havoc on the land.
They said, ‘Dhu ‘l-Qarnayn, Gog and Magog are ruining this land. Will you build a barrier between them and us if we pay you a tribute?’ [18:94]
Muslims have long been intrigued by these events, sparking numerous discussions and theories about who Yajuj and Majuj were and where the wall might be.
Dhu ‘l-Qarnayn was honored in the Quran,
Peace & blessings upon the Nabi of Allah.
