In these last ten nights, I’ve been excited to catch Laylatul Qadr. To come prepared with my dream dua’s with the expectation of receiving the best response from my Creator.

Yet as I prayed..

I couldn’t help but simply cry out to my Rabb. Ya Allah, our Ummah. My heart breaks for my people. My brothers and sisters. The Blessed Ummah of Prophet Muhammad(ﷺ).

Their struggles make me feel: broken, helpless, and humiliated. A constant reminder that this life is temporary. A place of test, not an everlasting paradise. In this month of Ramadan, I seek solace in the Most High; remain hopeful in the Most Compassionate. I convey my sorrows without even speaking. My Rabb is closer to me than my own jugular vein.

Lord of Mercy. Giver of Mercy. All praise is to You. ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ

Forgive us; honor us, protect us, be with us, love us & envelop us in Your limitless mercy.

Peace & blessings upon the Nabi of Allah.
